B21086 - On-Demand Construction Services

Periodically, the County of Ontario has need of outside on-demand construction services for a variety of small projects in all trades. These projects do not fall within the bidding limits as set by New York State General Municipal Law 103.  This bid is intended to set up new separate contracts for each trade to replace the current contracts that have expired. The four trades to be awarded are: General Construction, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing.  The Electrical trade is divided into two categories of contractors depending on the complexity of the work as describe later in these specifications.

Any contract (s) awarded as a result of this bid may be utilized for projects where the total project cost does not exceed $20,000.  Larger projects will be bid or quoted separately, unless use if this bid is authorized by the Director of Purchasing. The contracts may be used by Ontario County for work that needs to be completed throughout the year.
