Description

Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) is seeking sealed bids to set up a new service contract for HVAC filters.
Filters will be shipped F.O.B. destination, delivered to campus with phone coordination of delivery with the FLCC technician requesting the product. Filters shall be delivered to the Main Campus at 3325 Marvin Sands Drive, Canandaigua, NY 14424 and the Geneva Campus Center at 63 Pulteney Street, Geneva, NY 14456 .

The filters will be labelled by the unit number shown on the “FLCC FILTERS DETAIL LIST”
All Vendors will provide exact quantities.
All vendors will guarantee product performance under normal service for a period of 1 year when operated to a final static pressure of 1” water gauge.
Quarterly reports will be provided for specific size and quantity of use.
Testing facilities will be made available to FLCC for a periodic filter evaluation with respect to pressure drop.
