SCOPE OF WORK
Work under this Contract primarily consists of intersection improvements for County Road 4 and
County Road 20 in the Towns of Seneca and Phelps, Ontario County, New York.
The work will transform the existing two-way stop-controlled intersection of County Road 4 and
County Road 20 into a roundabout.
The period of full closure shall be limited to the one-hundred-three (103)
consecutive calendar days between June 26, 2023 and October 6, 2023.
The Work shall be substantially completed on or before October 6, 2023.
