Summary of Specifications:
In general, this Base Bid project consists of the modifications to a limited portion of the parking area to the east and south of the Public Safety Building as outlined on Drawing L-1 and in all Division 1 specification sections and Technical Section 02750, Control Gates. Work includes but is not limited to selective removals of existing pavement, fill, site components, etc. identified on drawings. Preparation of the site and installation of compacted fill, granite curbing, concrete and asphalt pavement, guardrails, bollards, sod, parking gates, card readers with associated conduits etc. to provide an improved and controlled parking area.
