The provisions and requirements of the Sections contained in Division 1 of these Specifications are general in nature and apply in some degree to all specifications (contained herein or on drawings) to each Contract, to each subcontractor and to each construction trade.

2. Each Contract and subcontract is also governed by applicable portions of the Bidding Requirements and Contract requirements.
