The purpose of this specification is to establish a contract(s) for the purchase and transportation of natural gas directly from gas producers and/or suppliers, brokers, or marketers, to the Local Distribution Company’s City Gate as these terms are defined herein, on:

A firm supply service for all other gas accounts as listed in Exhibit A (plus additional accounts as may be directed by the County for other City, City School District or County facilities) via a contractor constituting a load aggregator offering participation in a pooled Monthly Balancing program, i.e. Groups C and E on the Pricing Pages.
