RFB-5559 - Microfilm and Film Conversion

Summary of Specifications:
All microfilming processed and procedures will conform to the University of the State of New York, State Education Departments State Archives and Record Administration Local Government Records Services, Publication #9, “Producing High-Quality Microfilm”. 

Vendor shall inspect processed film, to determine that the images contained will permit every line and character to be transferred by normally available commercial processing to a legible film or paper copy by contact printing or enlarging. Vendor shall establish, operate, and maintain a film processing quality control program to insure the processing of the exposed film is being maintained in accordance with quality control standards which insure the film being processed to be permanent record film as defined by the National Bureau of Standards and the N.Y.S. Archives Standards.
