Summary of Specifications:
The successful vendor shall furnish medications and pharmaceuticals to the Onondaga County Health Department clinics. All such medications and pharmaceuticals must be furnished in accordance with accepted professional principles and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

Prescription drugs shall be supplied pursuant to the physician's order. Periodically, medications will require repacking into individual containers.

Note: A state repacking license is required for this portion of the bid.
