RFB-5828 - Incident Command Vehicle

Summary of Specifications:
The Emergency Management Department for the County of Onondaga (here in after The County or Department) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a new 2006 specialty vehicle to be outfitted as a mobile command communications center. The mobile command center will be a self-contained vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment capable of being deployed inside or outside of the vehicle. It will offer a full array of command and communication services. The mobile command center will contain four radio/computer workstations in the rear 110”of the interior, bathroom and galley centrally located and a forward command area approximately 190” in length. The forward command area should have a slide out room approximately 160” in length.
