Summary of Specifications:
Scope: Provide Macintosh compatible digital non-linear video editing hardware and software for instructional use, as specified, for Onondaga Community College’s Electronic Media Communications Department. The system will be capable of twenty (20) simultaneous users. The vendor must provide all non-linear video editing hardware and software, as specified below, to be installed on and interfaced with college owned computers. Each individual workstation must be connected to a vendor supplied centralized switch/server/storage system via 100 base T Ethernet (copper). The switch/server/storage system must be capable of concurrent multiple user access to, and sharing of, audio/video media files. The media management interface for the centralized storage system must be browser-based and allow for searching, sorting, and retrieval of media with control over user access. The following features and specifications are minimum required.
Provide professional video and audio equipment and accessories for instructional use, as specified, for Onondaga Community College’s Electronic Media Communications Department. The equipment must be new and come with full manufacturer’s warranty. Operations manuals and one full set of service and maintenance manuals must be provided for each piece of equipment. The following features and specifications are minimum required.
