Summary of Specifications:
a. Furnish liquid cationic emulsion polymer for the dewatering of mesophilic anaerobically digested biosolids by using belt filter presses at the Metropolitan Syracuse WWTP.

b. Furnish liquid cationic and anionic emulsion polymer to be used to improve settling characteristics of a combination of waste activated, primary, and tertiary biosolids in the gravity thickeners at the Metropolitan Syracuse WWTP.

c. Furnish liquid cationic and anionic emulsion polymer to be used for the thickening of mesophilic aerobically digested biosolids using a rotary drum thickener at the Meadowbrook-Limestone WWTP.

d. Furnish liquid cationic emulsion polymer for the dewatering of thermophilic aerobically and/or mesophilic anaerobically digested biosolids by using belt filter presses at the Baldwinsville-Seneca Knolls WWTP.
