Summary of Specifications:
The work shall consist of construction of a single or double course bituminous surface treatment for both pavement and shoulders in accordance with these specifications and shall comply with Section 410 of the “New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications” dated May 4, 2006, and as amended. The price bid for the work shall include all labor, materials and workmanship necessary to successfully complete the work.
