NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is soliciting bids for the rental of tents specified in this RFQ, to be furnished and installed at various locations at Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for one (1) year to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year(s).
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on April 9, 2025.
