NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting pricing for a sole provider for its Promotional Item Giveaways for 2026 at Saratoga Race Course. This quote will cover the 2026 Belmont Stakes, July 4 Racing Festival, and the traditional Saratoga summer meet. The term of any agreement as a result of this RFQ shall expire upon the successful delivery and acceptance of the goods by NYRA and in no event shall be later than December 31, 2026.
Proposals and ALL SAMPLES will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on December 29, 2025.
