NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting pricing for the purchase of a 250KW mobile trailer mounted diesel generator, delivered to Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this ERFQ shall expire upon the successful delivery of goods to NYRA's satisfaction.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on August 4th.
