NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting information for a Roundtable discussion regarding -Illustrated Live Replay System.
NYRA is currently working on Chyron Hego’s Paint to create simulated on-field graphics. We are interested in having our dedicated operator deploy both live graphics and post-race analysis with high accuracy and low latency. The goal is to enhance the viewer’s experience with visual information such as racehorse & jockey identification, movement tracking, speed, and distance measurements. NYRA is interested in learning more about the above through a roundtable discussion with industry professionals in order to potentially design and develop a procurement document (the “Roundtable Discussion” or “Roundtable”).

The Roundtable will take place on February 8, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Via Zoom or Teams. Up to two representatives from each respondent may participate in the discussion and an additional three representatives may observe. Those interested in participating must notify NYRA via e-mail to: mtorres@nyrainc.com by 5 p.m. on January 31, 2023.
