NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide General Contracting services to furnish the necessary labor and materials to renovate two restrooms, totaling approximately 1,435 SF, at Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be upon successful completion of work to NYRA’s satisfaction. All work shall be based and bid from these documents, and all work must be complete by May 1, 2026.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on September 18th.
