RFP 2025-0090 - Events and Experiences Support

The New York Racing Association (“NYRA”) issues this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit responses from qualified firms to provide comprehensive planning, procurement, coordination and support services as an extension of the experience, events, and operations teams for upcoming major events at NYRA’s racetrack facilities located in Saratoga Springs, NY and Elmont, NY. The scopes of work are outlined below.  NYRA reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to issue multiple awards to multiple firms. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFP will be for three (3) years from the date of execution, with NYRA having the sole option to renew for one (1) additional term of two (2) years.
