NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc (NYRA) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of approximately 2,500 linear feet of aluminum, non-scalable, horizontal slat fencing and approximately 7,000 linear feet of Omega II Architectural Pre-galvanized + polyester powder coated steel Wire Fencing to Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003. The term of the resulting agreement will be from the date of the bidder’s fully executed agreement and expire upon the successful delivery of goods to NYRA's satisfaction. Goods must be delivered 9/30/2025.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on September 2, 2025.
