NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association (NYRA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, implement, and enable a modern, cloud-native customer data pipeline. The purpose of this RFP is to centralize NYRA’s customer data, currently separated across multiple systems, into a unified, governed, and scalable platform that will power analytics, personalization, and future customer engagement.
The services will be delivered for NYRA’s three racetrack properties and digital operations. The project is targeted for completion within 12–16 weeks of contract execution.
Vendors should ensure that key personnel and decision makers are available for follow-up questions and clarification requests during this period.
NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion.
