Description

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to obtain competitive pricing for establishing an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract for Industrial Lumber and Building Supplies, Materials and Components on an as needed and on demand basis to be delivered to NYRA's three facilities, Aqueduct Racetrack located at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Tpke, Elmont, NY 11003, and Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of the initial Agreement shall be from the date of its execution and shall continue for one (1) year Any resulting agreement(s) shall expire on 12/31/2026. The term may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
The awarded Respondent(s) is/are expected to be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the manufacturers it proposes.
