NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
The New York Racing Association, Inc, (“NYRA”) is soliciting pricing for the procurement of one GPS enabled (1) Caterpillar 140 Motor Grader. The grader may be either new or used. If used, the unit must have no more than 3,000 verified working hours and must be in excellent operational condition, free from major defects or excessive wear. The Grader must be delivered to Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY 11003. The term of this agreement shall expire upon the successful delivery of goods, to NYRA’s satisfaction.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on July 7th.
