NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting pricing from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of approximately 41,000 square feet of 1-3/4" or 7/8" Non-Slip, Rubber Pavers designed specifically for equine safety and comfort to Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, NY 11003. In addition, the vendor shall supply and deliver approximately 32,400 square feet of the same rubber paver, in terra cotta, gray, or black, delivered to Saratoga Race Course located at 267 Union Ave in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. These pavers will be installed in areas accessed by horses and must meet high standards for durability, slip resistance, and cushioning to ensure optimal safety conditions. As part of this procurement, NYRA also requires the supply and delivery of approximately 800 units of E-Tiles, each measuring 2' x 3' x 5/8' thick. These rubberized wall tiles are to be used as protective stall wall coverings and must be suitable for equine environments, providing cushioning and impact resistance. As a result of this RFQ, the vendor shall also provide the appropriate liquid cement adhesive for installation. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for three (3) years from the date of execution with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals at NYRA’s sole discretion.
