NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA”) is seeking a qualified firm to conduct an AML Risk Assessment in accordance with the FFIEC BSA/AML Manual guidance. The risk assessment should identify specific risk categories and address the varying degrees of risk associated with NYRA's products, services, customers and geographic locations. The risk assessment will include both NYRA and NYRA Bets operations and their associated AML/BSA risks. The final report should include risk rating scores for each identified risk and a comprehensive written methodology used for performing the risk assessment. The term of the agreement as a result of this RFP will be 1 year from the date of execution with 2 optional 1-year renewals at NYRA’s sole discretion (the "Term"). The assessment must be completed and the report issued to NYRA on or before December 31st of each year completed.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on August 21, 2025.
