NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
The New York Racing Association, Inc, (“NYRA”) is soliciting pricing for the ad-hoc purchase of various signage and various printed materials to be delivered to Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003, Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park, NY 11417, and Saratoga Racecourse in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall expire on December 21, 2027.
Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 3 PM, prevailing time, on June 17th. Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, manual bids will be accepted at the above-referenced address.
