NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders from qualified vendors to provide new equipment to replace out-of-date equipment in one of our broadcast control trucks with two control rooms. NYRA is looking to upgrade switcher, router and multiviewer equipment and software in this mobile broadcast truck primarily with Grass Valley goods to ensure continuity. The term of this agreement shall expire upon the successful delivery, installation and commissioning of goods to NYRA’s Aqueduct Racetrack, located at 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, Ozone Park, New York to NYRA's satisfaction.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on December 15, 2025.
