Description

It is the intent of Montrose Improvement District to award a single contract to provide all labor and necessary equipment to make water main repairs, within the Montrose Improvement District, as needed. This will only include scheduled work, not emergency response.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The term of the contract will be for a period of one (1) year with option to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent.

Sealed Bids shall be received, publicly opened and read aloud in the main office of Montrose Improvement District at 2065 East Main Street (Route 6), Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 on August 1, 2025 1:15 P.M., E.S.T.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Bidder’s name printed on the outside and marked:
