The Niskayuna Central School District Food Service Department seeks to purchase Snack Food Items required for the School Lunch Program within the school district cafeterias.
It is the intent of the District to contract with a single vendor and to establish unit prices for urgent items for the stated contract term. Notwithstanding the details presented on the specifications, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the completeness of the same to meet the intent of the specifications.
