Description

The NLCSD desires the auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation, in all material respects, of the financial position and results of operation of the NLCSD in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. The auditor’s report also must cover supplemental schedules and the notes. The supplemental schedules are not considered necessary for the fair presentation of the financial statements and must be reported by the auditor in accordance with Section 610.02 of SAS No. 29. In addition, the NLCSD also desires an audit of its Extraclassroom Activity Fund.
