The Newburgh Enlarged City School District is seeking responsive and responsible bidders to provide bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of the Planetarium Projection System to upgrade the existing system at Newburgh Free Academy Main Campus located in Newburgh, New York. Please submit three (3) original paper copies plus one copy on a thumb drive supplied by the vendor of the completed qualifications and other requirements of the RFB by hand delivery, regular mail, or courier to the address listed on the cover page.
The District must receive the proposal by the date indicated in the original bid documents.
