The Mount Vernon City School District (hereinafter referred to as the "School District)" seeks bid proposals from qualified bidders to provide labor and materials necessary to provide ASPHALTIC AND PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVING, STORM DRAINAGE AND ASSOCIATED SITEWORK and to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and to perform operations necessary to complete the work as described in these technical specifications in accordance with the specifications set forth herein.
