The Board of Education of the Mount Vernon City School District, Mount Vernon, New York, popularly known as the Mount Vernon City School District, hereby gives notice that the request for bids from reputable and qualified contractors for the above referenced contract advertised on ____Friday May 11, 2018__ and the pre-bid conference scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. are hereby canceled.
 
NO BIDS FOR THIS CONTRACT WILL BE ACCEPTED, OPENED OR RESULT IN AN AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT. 
 
In the event that a new bid is issued for transportation services, such bid will be advertised and any bidders on the District’s bid list will be notified.
