Description

The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from
qualified sources to establish firm-fixed delivered contract(s) through competitive negotiations,
for the acquisition of Yearbook Publishing Services (Middle and High School) for Liverpool
Central School District (hereinafter referred to as the District).

Although this solicitation specifically addresses products and services for middle and high
schools, elementary schools will not be precluded from utilizing resulting contract(s) if they so
choose.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Two physical samples of a High School Yearbook and two physical samples of a Middle
School Yearbook. The samples should be sent separately to the address in Section E
of this RFP. Please note that the proposal itself can still be submitted electronically per
the instructions in Section E.
