Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the Board of Education of Liverpool Central School District (the “Seller” or “District”) for the purchase of all of the Seller’s right, title and interest in and to: (a) the parcel or parcels of land situated at 7053 Buckley Road, Liverpool, New York, as more particularly described in Schedule A (“Land”); (b) the building known as “Nate Perry” and improvements situated thereon (the “Building”); (c) the appurtenances and all estate and rights of Seller in and to the Land and Building; and (d) the fixtures, equipment and other personal property attached or appurtenant to the Building (collectively the “Premises”).

The appraised value of the Premises is $4.3 Million (complete appraisal attached). It is the District’s intent to sell the Premises at or above its fair market value to the highest responsible bidder.

The Seller will conduct an open viewing on the Premises by appointment, at which time interested bidders will have an opportunity to inspect said Premises on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.; all prospective bidders are welcome. District officials and employees with knowledge of the Premises will be available to answer questions during this time. Interested bidders will also be provided with an opportunity to inspect and review relevant land records and documents pertaining to the Premises at such time. All interested bidders must submit a signed original of their sealed bid to purchase the Premises addressed to: John Flynn, Purchasing Officer, Liverpool Central School District, 195 Blackberry Road, Room #10, Liverpool, New York 13090 no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will not be accepted by email or facsimile. Public opening and reading of bids will be conducted in the Board Room which is also located at 195 Blackberry Road.
