Event Note

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and walk-through tour of the district will begin at the district offices located at 11 Boice Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538, will be conducted on Monday, Nov 17th, 2025 at 12:00 pm. This is the only time offerors will be provided an opportunity to visit the sites. The district reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions raised at the pre-proposal conference. Firms represented at the pre-proposal conference will receive any such amendments in writing. Please register for the tour by calling the Hyde Park CSD Facilities & Operations Department at 845-229-4064 by close of business, Wednesday, Nov 12th, 2025.
