Summary of Specifications:
The Board of Cooperative Educational Services (“BOCES”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the above referenced service(s). BOCES seeks to purchase excellent, affordable, quality service(s). A formal Request For Proposal (“RFP”) will be available December 11, 2015, on the New York’s Capital Region Purchasing Group website link at www.empirestatebidsystem.com/ or by contacting Kimberly Travis, HFM BOCES, (518) 736-4310 ext.4689. No proposal shall be considered unless the organization making the proposal has first obtained a copy of the RFP. Specific requirements are provided in the RFP. The respondent’s qualifications, cost, and compliance with the requirements of the BOCES will be used during the evaluation of the respondent selection. The response to this Request For Proposal must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. (EST) January 14, 2016, in the BOCES Purchasing Office located at, HFM BOCES, 2755 State Highway 67, Johnstown, NY 12095. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected. BOCES reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional proposals, if in its judgment, the best interest of the BOCES will be served.
