Summary of Specifications:
We are soliciting sealed competitive bids for cellular service (currently approx 32 phones and 14,400 pooled minutes) and equipment. Bidder must have: service center within 20 miles of Johnstown, be able to provide detailed billing broken down by individ cell holders, ability to provide replacement phones/equipmt overnight or sooner,at least 5 years experience in municipal cell phone accounts and provide national service that meets or exceeds current coverage outlined in bid document.
