2025-01 - Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies – Greenburgh-North Castle UFSD - 2025-2026

The Greenburgh-North Castle UFSD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide cleaning and janitorial supplies. Products must include, but are not limited to, disinfectants, paper products, hand soap, floor cleaners, trash liners, and cleaning tools, with delivery to multiple school buildings. Vendors must supply non-proprietary items that are compatible with standard dispensers, allow bulk purchasing, and must not impose minimum order requirements or delivery fees. A price list and compliance with insurance, indemnification, and non-collusion requirements are mandatory. The district will award a one-year contract with optional renewals based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
