The successful bidder shall furnish and properly maintain, at its own expense and without liability to the County of Genesee, all labor and equipment, vehicles, tools, containers or dumpsters, implements, materials, transportation and disposal facilities necessary and proper to provide an adequate and uninterrupted garbage, refuse and recycling collection service for all County Buildings and/or properties using container or dumpster service during the contract term in accordance with the requirements of the terms, conditions and methods such as set forth in these specifications.
