IN-HOME SERVICES PROGRAM GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

The Genesee County Purchasing Department is requesting proposals to secure the services of a qualified entity capable of providing consumer directed in-home services for Genesee County Office for the Aging (GCOFA) under the New York State Office for the Aging Expanded In- Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP), New York State Department of Health Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Initiative (ADCSI), Federal Title III-E Family Caregiver Support program, and/or future funding source programs. All services provided under this specification must meet requirements as described in the General Specifications.
