The purpose of the attached specifications is to contract for the purchase of Construction and Maintenance Materials required by the Genesee County Highway Department for the period May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. This includes; asphalt emulsion and road tar, asphalt emulsion slurry seal, transit-mix concrete, corrugated metal culvert pipe, corrugated metal pipe arch, plastic and polyethylene corrugated drainage pipe or tubing, sign and traffic control materials, asphalt concrete, cold mix bituminous pavement, cold stock pile patching mixture, full-depth reclamation-Type I and II recycling and aggregates by physical and chemical requirements, hot-in-place recycling, paver placed surface treatment, and equipment rental.
