Description

The Fairview Fire District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to install a complete Motorola APX8500 dual-head mobile radio system in a Fouts fire engine. This installation must meet fire-service operational standards, ensure reliability under emergency conditions, and integrate with existing and future communications equipment.

All radio equipment—including the Motorola APX8500 chassis, dual control heads, microphones, speakers, portable radio chargers, and associated Motorola-supplied components—will be provided by the District.
The vendor shall furnish only the NMO antenna mounts, installation hardware, and any ancillary materials needed to complete the installation.
