An information meeting and walk through is scheduled for November 30, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Potential respondents are asked to gather at the Building and Grounds Office located at 100 Kenneth Avenue, Greenlawn, New York 11740 at which time they will be escorted to the buildings and advised of any sites for future renovation and repair work, as determined by the District. It is highly recommended that all potential proposers attend. Failure to attend this meeting does not absolve the proposers from compliance with all Terms and Conditions of this RFP and any resultant contract. Proposers may visit the building by making prior arrangements with John McDonald at 631-266-5400 x1426. No one may visit the building or site without an appointment.
