The purpose of this Bid is to obtain pricing and contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to provide technical inspection, maintenance and repairs to the existing sound systems, as indicated in these Specifications, for ESBOCES and the Cooperative Bidding Program Participants. The Successful Vendor will be expected to provide skilled, experienced, prompt service and repairs at various ESBOCES and Participants' sites on an “on call” or “as needed” basis, as required. This is a time, parts and materials Bid and is not intended for construction projects, capital projects or capital improvements
