The purpose of this Bid is to obtain pricing and contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to provide pricing for the installation, repair and maintenance of public address systems, as indicated in these Specifications, for ESBOCES. The Successful Vendor will be expected to provide Items and skilled, experienced, prompt Service to various ESBOCES sites on an “on call” basis, as required. This is a time and materials bid and is not intended for construction projects, capital projects or capital improvements.
