A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Village of Tivoli Watts dePeyster Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY followed by a Facility Visit at each of the Wellhouse/Wellfield sites starting at the McKnight Site, 17 Broadway, Tivoli, NY. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.

All questions about meaning or intent of Bidding Documents, as described above, shall be received no later than Tuesday, January 18, 2022 to both Michael Keating, Project Manager, and Daniel Valentine, Project Manager, transmitted by electronic means to mkeating@dutchessny.gov and DFValentine@tigheBond.com. It is intended that responses will be provided electronically to all plan holders of record by end of business Monday, January 24, 2022 via an Addendum.

Bids shall be received at the office of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority until 1:00 P.M. (local time) on Tuesday, February 1 , 2022 at the 1 Lagrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603 address and at that time opened separately and read aloud. Bids will be reviewed, and both Contracts will be awarded within ninety (90) days of receipt of bids.
