The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority will accept bids for the 2024 HVAC Maintenance and Service Agreement for four (4) of their facilities located in Dutchess County in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in this request. Facilities are located in the areas of Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, and Hopewell Junction, NY.
Maintenance, cleaning, and inspection services as detailed in the scope of services shall include four (4) equipment inspections to occur in January, April, July, and October of each of the (4) facilities. Major cleaning and inspection services shall be in October and April during the year, and Minor cleaning inspection services to be performed in January and July of the year.
