The overall scope of work includes but is not limited to: Removals of existing stairs and sidewalks, new
stairs sidewalks and asphalt pavement. New security bollards, entrance arch, pillars and archway, relocation
of existing exterior light fixtures, plantings, fencing and stonework. Removal of existing patterned asphalt
paving, elevated concrete slab and metal decking at Hudson Drumlin Hall walkway, Painting of existing
steel to remain. Installation of new pavers, walkway waterproofing. Washington Hall sidewalk repairs and
drainage system.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to furnish deliver and install all
materials and related work as shown on the drawings, as required by these specifications and/or as
directed by the Architect.
Statewide
