RFB-DCC-15-2022 - Roof Renovations at Physical Plant and Bowne Hall

Physical Plant: Removal of existing roof systems down to existing deck and replacement with new asphalt shingle roofing system including new gutters and downspouts, fascia and soffit material, section of new wall and associated vinyl siding above roof.
Bowne Hall: Reconstruction of valley flashings, roof and chimney flashings.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, ewuipment adn services to furnish deliver and install all materials and related work as shown on the drawings, as require by these specifications and/or as directed by the Arhitect.
