RFQ-UCQ14-32 - Warehouse Furniture Move

Important Note to Vendors:
The purpose of this Quote is to establish a price for the move of furniture located at the County warehouse, 61 Golden Hill Drive to 300 Flatbush Avenue, Kingston, New York. An approximate amount of furniture and material to be moved will be determined at the walk-through. 

Vendor must supply sufficient equipment and manpower to complete all deliveries. The vendor must secure all equipment and furniture. The method shall be sufficient to prevent any damage to said equipment and furniture. 

Vendor MUST walk-through to submit a quote for this project. The site visit date is March 11th at 9:00 am with Jim McTague. Vendors should meet Mr. McTague at the Dept. of Public Works – Buildings and Grounds, 313 Shamrock Lane, Kingston, New York.
